Philip Yancey is a freelance Christian author and is Editor at Large for Christianity Today magazine, for which he writes a monthly column. Among his bestselling books are The Jesus I Never Knew and What's So Amazing About Grace? both of which won Book of the Year in 1996 and 1998, as voted by Christian bookshop managers.Yancey and his family were previously based in Chicago, but have now relocated to Colorado.
